About Danielle Blair
Co-founder and lead educator
My lifelong mission is to serve children, their families, and the community. I believe that authentic relationships, meeting students where they are, and nurturing their innate genius are the foundations of academic success.
Born and raised in Central New Jersey, I’ve spent over 15 years shaping young minds through elementary and special education. With a mix of creativity, fun, and an unwavering belief in every child’s potential, I strive to create an environment where students not only learn but truly thrive. Teaching is my passion, and nothing brings me more joy than witnessing the moment a student finally understands a concept.
I hold a B.S. in Elementary & Special Education from Seton Hall University and an M.A. in Special Education. Now residing in Brooklyn, I enjoy reading books featuring strong female leads, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
About Rachel Shin
Co-founder and lead educator
Education has always been my passion. I believe that every child has the ability to learn and thrive when given the right support. My goal is to help students build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and realize their full potential through teaching practices that honor the whole child.
I take a personalized approach to teaching—meeting each student where they are and helping them grow at their own pace. I focus on creating a supportive environment that nurtures academic growth while also building problem-solving skills, resilience, and a love for learning.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me doing Pilates, reading, or exploring something new in Manhattan’s backyard with my husband, two daughters, and our Maltese, Mochi.
