After 13 years in the classroom, she transitioned into leadership, where she now coaches and mentors teachers, striving to uplift both educators and students alike.
Danielle's lifelong mission is to serve children, their families, and the community. She believes that authentic relationships, meeting students where they are, and nurturing their innate genius are the foundations of academic success. With a mix of creativity, fun, and an unwavering belief in every child's potential, she fosters an environment where students not only learn but thrive.
Currently, Danielle serves as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction at a small independent charter school in Brooklyn, NY. She has also worked as an adjunct professor at Relay Graduate School of Education, a curriculum designer and content specialist at Lifelong Readers, and a professional development facilitator. Teaching is her passion, and nothing brings her more joy than seeing the moment a student truly understands a concept.
